the former traffic police headquarters draped in a new coat of RED paint occupied by the RED dot design firm
is it appropriate treatment to a old building? some find it refreshing in the surrounding dull greyish buildings...some view it as not respecting the old building...well well at least it is attention-seeking and give it a sort of visual break...
