Jay's new album is out. After hearing the whole album, the general feeling is that the ablum is has a strong chi-na feel to it (more like 30's-40's old shanghai feel, from his retro-inspired image), or you can say 中国风. From 千里之外 (a duet with 费玉清), 本草纲目(inspired by ancient chinese herbs list), 迷迭香 (a shanghai-broadway inspired song) & 菊花台 ( avery 琼瑶 tv-serial theme song 编曲). Not to forget his usual hip-hop, rap @ mumbling songs which resemble to his other songs in the past, eg. 夜的第七章 = 以父之名， 听妈妈的话 = 爷爷泡的茶，本草纲目 = 乱舞春秋. Anyway not to be missed is his r&b ballards, the recommended are 退后 & 心雨 ( their feel can be compared to 借口 & 搁浅, somemore same composers, if i'm not wrong). Its a sure must buy for all die-hard jay fans out there =)
