5th Day (27 Nov)

today we woke up late ard 9.30am...haha as usually woke up ard 4am then tried to sleep back...hehe then we went to take bus 96 as recommended by the metro.net which we searched but cos we missed that time...it took us an hour to wait for it...not only that we realised it took such a big loop...it went round to LA zoo...then to north hollywood...b4 we change bus to getty center...the whole journey took us abt 2 1/2 hours...har...getty center, designed by richard mier, was very nice...like a paradise in another part of the world...very secluded...cool...made up of pavilions sited in the natural and man-made natural environment...went to see one of the exhibition on impressionism at west pavilion cos not much time and it has got sis's fav vincent van gogh iries painting there...hehe then bought the getty book n the video all on the architecture...show u when come back...then we travel down to ucla then went to grove...very pretty for dinner n only walk some shops...ate at the cheesecake shop..sis tried that b4 at other parts of US...so we tried...then late le so went back...anyway shops mostly close le...
