hehe just collected my new specs today...went to make it the weekend b4 CNY tot could have it on CNY...but too bad cannot cos the lens is from Japan...so have to wait 2 weeks wor...hence went to collect it today...finally

a week more to CHINESE NEW YEAR

went twice this weekend to chinatown to experience the festive mood. sure chinatown was packed with people including tourists...long queues at the bak kwa shops and stuff...plus the loud CNY songs...you could feel the festive mood in the air...its going to be "OINK OINK" year le...c",)

superstar grand finals last nite

last nite was the superstar grand finals...wasn't a devoted follower for this 2nd season superstar but was still looking forward to watch the grand finals however abit disappointing.
the winner was darren, it was expected...the amonunt of fan base he has...compared to diya...
the whole show, diya's singing was better than darren's one...maybe she chose more correct songs suitbale for her? however she did the wrong choice to choose 那英's 征服...too big a song for her (btw realised the song lyrics quite rhymns...the last word of each sentence end with a "oo"...example: fu, tu,mu...nice set of lyrics)...and darren shld have chose a fast song, as that is his forte...sinc ehe can dance and shwo off his charm...in the end he sang a slow one...ya...
