dinner week

was quite caught up with a few dinners the past week, namely the SIA annual dinner and also my team dinner

went to the SIA dinner at suntec on wed...my coy got 2 tables...and so got free dinner there...hmm was approach by a 'head hunter" company rep...had a small chat...then saw my thesis tutor, ong tze boon...hehe was surprised he still remembered me n said he got read my blog...(hmmm...hehe was a delight to hear that...well well please comment on any entry if u like...but basically nothing really interesting in the blog though...and dun forget me)...yeap n my company got the building of the year award for the LaSalle Art School...=)














the next day, thurs night...we had our team dinner at Jumbo @ Dempsey ... was in conjunction for the korean exchange student farewell dinner too...she's returning back the end of this month...yummy crabs...though i ate a bit only...haha...cos lazy to de-shell the crab...then we had ben&jerry's ice-cream...then we walk down to re dot brewery for some beer...haven't really chill out with my colleagues like this for like the whole long night...haha...















and then had the usual friday (billy bombers) & sat (thai express) dinner...c",)

chang korean bbq

had a belated mother's day lunch today...we went to chang korean bbq at dempsey...its my 2nd time having korean cuisine...i would say its quite good...we had the seafood bean curd soup comes with rice...bbq pork belly with spicy cold noodles...and pork in wine sauce (to be wrap with onions and lettuce) not to forget the many dishes of appetiser...hehe and also coffee plus lemon sorbet...hehe

henderson bridge at night

hehe went to the henderson bridge again on Friday night to see the lighting effect...indeed it looks nice with the lights...i think it accentuate the sinusoidal wave effect better...quite a crowd when i went...hehe wonder will it still attracts the crowd in the future?

sentosa cove

went to do some site study at sentosa cove last thurs with my colleagues...a very different environment that mainland singapore...with water accessible to most houses...its more luxurious than bt timah...hehe...something that i might not be able to afford in this life? (a condo minimum abt 5 mil for 3 bedroom...only for expats or ceo kind lor...)hehe
even the park in the precinct is also well designed...though could have more soft green landscape...
if only...

henderson wave bridge

went to walk on the bridge yesterday...haha...my company's product...was there once during its construction...nice nice...should go there and take a look...c",)

WOOD

had dinner at wood last week at vivo (recomend by folly)...nice decor with nice charcoal grill food hehe...

the interior design quite interesting with a walk way into the restuarant...

the charcoal grill food was good...hehe so good that i cannot resist and forgot to take photo of the main course and already started eating...opps... haha...c",)
