spirituality enhance thru nature

just had another presentation for a local architecture project last wed evening...its a new prayer/wedding/performance hall on an indian temple grounds...i personally find it a nice & interesting project to work with...with many change in levels...and a "green" building...haha yeapz...building that has grass @ "hair on its head"...quite a difficult building to understand on drawings for layman so we did a short animation and a physical model for the presentation...even though its just a conceptual/schematic stage...they haven't approve to build it yet...haha...realsied how powerful visual aids is in convey the design ideas to the layman...at least the generally the audience likes or i say excited abt the scheme...
ah btw wanna to quote mr liu during the presentation which i think it resonate with the hindu religion or even maybe any other religion..."spirituality is enhanced through nature"...

yeapz...i'm back in s'pore le...it was a very rush trip meeting up with so many people with mr liu...at least the presentation went on quite well...the plan has been accepted by them just have to do some adjustments...phew...

going to PZH tmrw

phantom of the opera

BRAVO!!! I enjoyed the musical Phantom of the Opera last nite...after much anticipation...and under the influence of my sis...ever since she cauht it the 1st time they came ot s'pore in 1995...hehe...the stage set was great...the "wow" effect was there...the cast was quite good...worth watching...

sunkissed, suntanned, sunbrunt

went to sentosa with a few friends (kit, ben, cj, benny) yesterday...very long never go n laze ard and suntan at the beach le...hehe...yesterday the sun was good...we reached ard 10plus...it was a long queue to get into sentosa...must be the public hoilday...haha...nua at the beach til abt 2pm plus...think too long never stay in the sun for so long...now i looked like lobster...haha...but it was nice abosrbing all the sun rays yesterday...hehe...

excited to watch my phantom of the opera tonite...hehe...tata

2007 Pritzer Award

Richard Rogers is based in UK and had designed many interesting buildings ard the world (although i have never visited any of them yet...hehe)

忧客李林 concert on 31 March 2007

Went with my sis to 忧客李林 concert last nite at expo. It was a great concert yesterday nite. We really enjoyed it alot, and were really impressed with the voice of 林志炫, it was perfect. Even with the loud music, you could hear his voice...powerful, clear, pitch perfect...even with his high notes...

To me, to really enjoy a concert is to really like the singer and not only that must be really familiar with the songs...hehe...and then belt out the songs together...and then to must to be touched by the live performance...hehe. this concert was no exception with almost 90% of the songs that i was super familiar with...from 认错 to 了解 to 不知所措 to 输了你赢了世界又如何...etc...to his solo career...蒙娜丽莎的眼泪 to 离人 to 说不出的告别...hehe towards the end of the concert almost got not voice...haha just like a karaoke session...

Well, the audience in the concert must be also karaoke singers...haha cos when we had the big sing along session, could actually hear our voices loud n clear...hehe...(maybe cos the venue was smaller???)
