hehe managed to clinched a silver for my ippt today...yeah...took it at MAJU camp...my tag number was 112...hehe...phew lucky my gym routine paid off abit...hehe
it was my 1st time taking ippt using the new electronic machines which can "talk" (they count out the number of reps u did and also say "time's up"...haha)...was abit blur at 1st...cos dunnoe how is it carried out cos can do any stations in any order u like...haha

the following is my ippt results:

Shuttle Run: 10.2 s Points: 5

SAFRA adventure on wheels 2nd Sept '07

went on my 1st car treasure hunt on last sunday wiht my frens, wj (driver & car provider), ben and cj...its was quite fun cos its my 1st time...but the clues given were quite easy to solve...basically we went to 5 destination, 1st was at ONAN RD (the most difficult place to find), 2nd was tampines SAFRA, 3rd was East Coast Park, 4th was West Coast Park and the last stop Yishun SAFRA
